Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Agreement”) carefully before using the services provided by DFW Plumbing Air and Electric LLC (“Company”). This Agreement sets forth the terms and conditions governing your use of our services.
- Service Agreement: By engaging with our services, you agree to abide by the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. This Agreement constitutes a legally binding contract between you and DFW Plumbing Air and Electric LLC.
- Services: We provide plumbing, air conditioning, and electrical services. Our services include installation, repairs, maintenance, and related activities. All services are subject to availability and applicable scheduling.
- Estimates and Payments: We will provide estimates for services upon request, which are valid for a specified period. The final invoice may vary based on actual work performed. Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. We accept various payment methods, and failure to make timely payments may result in additional fees or collection actions.
- Liability and Warranty: While we strive for excellence, we cannot guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted. We assume no liability for any damages, losses, or injuries arising from the use of our services or resulting from any delays, acts, or omissions beyond our reasonable control. Any warranties provided are subject to the terms and conditions outlined in separate warranty agreements, if applicable.
- Intellectual Property: All intellectual property rights, including copyrights and trademarks, associated with our services, website, and materials remain the property of DFW Plumbing Air and Electric LLC. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our intellectual property without our prior written consent.
- Indemnification: You agree to indemnify and hold harmless DFW Plumbing Air and Electric LLC and its employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including attorney fees) arising from your use of our services or violation of this Agreement.
- Confidentiality: Any confidential information shared between you and DFW Plumbing Air and Electric LLC shall be kept confidential and used solely for the purpose of providing our services, unless otherwise required by law.
- Termination: Either party may terminate this Agreement at any time with written notice. Termination does not relieve you from the obligation to pay for completed services or any outstanding balances.
- Governing Law and Jurisdiction: This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which DFW Plumbing Air and Electric LLC operates. Any disputes arising from this Agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction.
- Entire Agreement: This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you and DFW Plumbing Air and Electric LLC, superseding any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral, relating to the subject matter herein.
- Severability: If any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue to be valid and enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by law.
By using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this Agreement, please refrain from using our services.
Effective Date: These Terms and Conditions are effective as of July 15, 2023.
